Refunds
Due to all of our pieces being custom and made to order- we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Each piece in inspected and packaged to ensure you receive only the highest quality artwork. All items are delivered in protective wrapping and will be handled with care, but we undertsand that damages can happen during trasit, If any major damage from the shipping process occurs, please reach out to us and it will be addressed immediately.
